What is Corneal Cross-Linking (CXL)?
Corneal Collagen Cross-Linking with Riboflavin (CXL) is a non-invasive corneal treatment shown to halt the progression of keratoconus by increasing the strength of corneal tissue. This method promotes the formation of collagen bonds in the cornea, which improves corneal rigidity.
